Yes, we can. We understand registration is not for everyone, and that is okay!

However, if you and your business want to become fully registered, we are here to guide the process for you.

We charge a flat monthly fee to your package of choice, plus a small percentage of your billings.

This covers access to our platform, compliance support, claim processing and participant protection.

You invoice through PHP,  and once the NDIS payments are received, we disperse the funds directly to you, minus the agreed fees.

Payments are transparent and tracked to you.

Yes, you continue operating under your own brand. Our partnership is in the backend systems and registration—not your client-facing identity.

Yes, with 30 days’ written notice is all that is required. Your access to our systems and registration will cease at the end of that period, and we cleanly, and positively, support your transition.

Fantastic! You can exit the PHP model at any time to operate under your own registration. We’ll even support you in transitioning if needed.
